Please read our return policy carefully as you accept it from the moment you make a purchase with us. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns with the following requirements.

Goods must be returned within 14 days of the order date. Items returned after the 14 day period will NOT be eligible for return and you will be responsible for return shipping.

The goods must be unworn, unwashed, unstained and unperfumed.

Merchandise must have all tags, including any tags attached.

Stravaganze Milano is not responsible for return shipping costs. The flat rate of the European post office varies from 8 € to 20 €, depending on the country from which the parcel is sent and on the weight. You will receive the refund in the original form of payment. Once your refund has been issued, it will take 7-10 business days for your bank to process it. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. All returns remain the responsibility of the buyer until they are received by Stravaganze Milano.

Stravaganze Milano reserves the exclusive right to define and limit customer returns at any time due to irregularities or excessive number of returns.

Return instructions.

To correctly fulfill the right of return, you must follow the instructions below:

1) Notify the company within 14 days of your intention to return the purchased item.

2) Pack the item inside the same package with which the purchase order was received. Seal the same in such a way as not to damage the article itself.

3) Insert the invoice received at the time of purchase inside the envelope already present on the package, or place a new one.

4) Print the attachment in the email received and insert a copy inside the same envelope containing the invoice. Remember to place the attachment in such a way as to make the sender and recipient data clearly visible to the couriers.

5) Inform the Stravaganze Milano team that the parcel has been collected by the courier.
