Frequent questions

 

  • Do you have a shop I can visit?

You can find us in Cernusco Sul Naviglio (MI) - 20063, SS 11 Padana Superiore n.53 . Our garments can be purchased both online on this site and in one of our stores which you can find here . This means that we can serve customers all over the world, and it is possible to visit our stores where you can come and try on the garments featured on our site and many others. Our Milan office is open to the public.

 

  • How long will it take to receive my order?

All orders are packed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Your order will arrive within 3/5 working days from the shipment date.

 

Shopping

 

  • I have not received an order confirmation or shipping confirmation. What should I do?

We are sorry for the inconvenience. It's possible that the email ended up in your junk folder or maybe we just have the wrong email address. In that case, please contact us immediately so that we can check if the order has been placed. Please go to our contact page.

 

  • Can I get a discount if I place a larger order?

If you are interested in bulk purchasing, we are happy to provide you with support. Contact us and provide all the details in order to evaluate a possible collaboration.

 

  • What should I do if I want to add or remove items in the cart?

Please see the shopping cart at the top right of the page. You will be able to view all items that are currently in your cart. If you wish to remove an item from your cart, simply click the "Remove" button next to the item. If you wish to change the quantity for any single item, simply enter the quantity you wish to purchase in the "Qty" column.

 

Payments

 

  • After making a payment, can I change my billing or shipping information?

After placing an order, unfortunately you cannot change the information regarding the billing or shipping address.

If you wish to make a change, please contact our customer service as soon as possible during the order processing phase to indicate your request.

If the package has not yet been shipped, we will be able to ship it to the new address.

However, if the package has already been shipped, the shipping information cannot be changed while the package is in transit.

 

  • How do I know if my payment has been received?

Once payment is received, we will send you an email notification to inform you of your order.

 

  • Can I use other payment methods to pay for my order, such as a credit card?

We accept credit cards, debit cards and PayPal as payment methods.

 

Shipments

 

  • When will I receive my items after placing an order?

All orders are packed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Your order will arrive within 3/5 working days from the shipment date.

 

  • Do you ship to my country and what are the shipping rates?

We offer free standard shipping worldwide.

 

  • How do I know if my items have been shipped or not?

When your items have been dispatched, we will send an email notification to your registered email address. Tracking number is normally available within the next few days after shipment and we will update you as soon as we have all tracking information.

 

Assistance

 

  • Cancellation before payment

If you have not paid for your order yet, you do not need to contact us to cancel it. We do not process orders until a corresponding payment has been received for the order.

 

  • Withdrawal of an order after payment
If you have already paid for an order and wish to cancel it, please contact us as soon as possible. If you are unsure about a problem with your order or would like to change it, please contact our customer service team and place your order on hold. This will pause the shipping process while you make changes. If the package has already been shipped, we are unable to cancel or change the order. If you wish to cancel an existing order because you are ADDING more products, it is not necessary to cancel the entire order. Simply contact customer service and we will process your updated order; there are no additional costs for this service.

Generally, if your order is in the early stages of processing, you may still be able to change or cancel it. You can ask for a refund or provide payment as a credit towards future orders.

 

  • How can I return the purchased items?

Before returning items, please follow the instructions on our Returns page here .

Please make sure you understand our return policy and meet all criteria. We strongly recommend that you keep a copy of your parcel tracking number to allow for easier tracking.

 

  • Under what circumstances is it possible to exchange or return an item?

We pride ourselves on the quality and fit of our clothes.

All women's clothing we sell is made to fit and have quality fabrics and, once sold, cannot be returned or exchanged other than for quality issues or incorrect shipping.

Quality problems:

If you find a materially defective item, the item must be returned in the same condition as it was sent within 30 calendar days of receipt of the item: it must be unwashed, unworn, with all original tags attached and without any edit. Whilst we carefully inspect all goods for visible defects and damage prior to despatch, it is the buyer's responsibility to inspect the product upon its arrival to ensure it is free from defects or problems. Goods damaged due to customer negligence or unlabeled items will not be accepted for refund.

Wrong shipment:

We will replace your product in cases where the product purchased does not match the item ordered. For example, it is not the color you ordered (perceived differences in color due to your computer monitor/smartphone/other device will not be mistaken) or the item you received does not match the style you ordered.

Note that:

All returned and exchanged items must be returned within 30 calendar days. Returns and exchanges will only be made for eligible products. We reserve the right to refuse returns and exchanges for any item that has been worn, damaged, had its tags removed or has any alterations. If an item we receive has been worn, damaged, the tags have been removed, or is deemed unacceptable for return and exchange, we reserve the right to return any non-conforming parts to you. All product packaging must be intact and not damaged in any way.
